There's certainly plenty of work and planning that goes into developing a website, in fact, many clients may find it a little overwhelming at first. So we've broken down our design process into a few simple, structured steps
Good question! Shortly after returning from Asia, the name came to me while I was getting my hair cut. I thought the name went well with the Asian inspired design I wanted to focus on. Recently, in a strange twist, my coffee maker broke down and I've had to resort to caffinating myself entirely with green tea. More about Green Tea Design
I started designing web sites in 1997, in the heady days of 14.4 modems and Geocities.
The word ‘heady’ can mean either something exhilarating or something high in alcohol; both will work in this case.
In all seriousness, I love what I do. I have a passion for putting together attractive and functional web sites.
I’d like to think that my excitement rubs off on my clients. More about Travis King
60% of your potential customers will go to the Internet first to research your company. It’s no longer reasonable to say that a website is just “not important for my business.” Don’t miss out on a larger customer base by thinking that a website does not matter.
One of my clients wanted to spread the word about his new business. He tried flyers, newspaper ads, and word of mouth, all with limited success. Within one month of Green Tea Design constructing his website, he was completely booked. In fact, he had to drop his offline advertising because he didn’t want to overbook his service.
Another client runs a small home business. After her website launched, she had calls from all over the world. She even had a request to be interviewed by a national magazine.
People want your services, and those people are going to be looking for a website first. What are you waiting for?
Some clients come to me unsure about the value of a website. They were told about the great potential of having a website, but as the years roll by they see very little action. They may wonder if it is really worth it to have a website.
The only thing worse than not having a website, is having a website that markets your business poorly. Customers have ever-changing expectations when they browse the Internet. If your site looks outdated, has poor navigation, or is impossible to find on a search engine, it is no wonder that customers bail.
When it comes to the Internet, you have only a few seconds to make your pitch and grab the attention of your customer. When your website doesn’t get across your message quickly, the ‘back’ button is going to be the only thing a customer clicks.
There is so much more to a website than just its design. Let Green Tea Design unlock your website's marketing potential.
